Paul has one of the most powerful voices on the Irish contemporary folk scene and his vocal sound on his new track invokes and echoes full of raw passion and magical melodic guitar accompaniments. The ‘Echoes’ EP evokes tales of love, loss and overcoming tragedy in life. The tracks are layered to convey dreamlike imagery delving from the subconscious mind. Paul’s unique method of music artistry lead us to a personal space of his memories of past events, weaving together words and sounds to create his own unique blend of modern folk expression. Having studied music at the London Guitar Tech, Paul has shown that he is a versatile guitarist, comfortable performing in multiple genres and this is a time for distilling those diverse influences into something very personal and closer to home.
